This high-quality fondant from Saracino in Italy is ideal for covering your cakes and pastries. The cocoa butter it contains makes the fondant very flexible and tear-resistant. You can roll it out to a thickness of just 1 mm.
The flavor is characterized by the addition of vanilla. It also contains the high-quality fats of high-oleic sunflower oil.
We recommend kneading the fondant by hand for at least two minutes before use to make it elastic and workable.
