The Double Sided Food Pen from Rainbow Dust can be used on both sides, with a 0.5 mm pen on one side and a 2.5 mm pen on the other. The pen is particularly suitable for giving your modeling work a special character. The two pen tips mean that you can use it both for coloring and for adding smaller details, such as eyes, eyelashes on faces or veins on leaves and flowers. The pen is available in 23 different colors. The special food ink dries quickly and is easier to use than paint and brushes. The pen works best on a solid surface. Let marzipan, fondant and flower paste dry a little before using the pen. This will give you the best results. Keep the pen tightly closed to prevent it from drying out. If the pen is dry, you can moisten it with a little water.
The pen is not suitable for coloring large areas. For this, it is better to use a food coloring made from color powder and rejuvenator spirit. The ink in the pen is water-based and therefore not suitable for drawing on chocolate and candy melts.
