Storage: Dry (max 65%) between 2°C and 20°C, after opening the product can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.

Processing instructions: Store the product at 5-8°C for at least 12 hours before whipping. Whip at medium speed until the desired consistency is reached. The cream can be used pure, mixed with cream or cold milk. Once whipped, the product is freeze and thaw stable.
