Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan-assisted oven). For 12 muffins, combine 500g of the mix, 200g (220ml) vegetable oil (such as peanut oil), and 200ml water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 5 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Add a filling of your choice, such as stable chocolate, blueberries, bananas, or nuts. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups and fill the cups just below the rim with batter. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
