FunCakes' gluten-free mixes are produced in a gluten-free factory. This allows FunCakes to guarantee that the mix contains less than 20 mg / 20 ppm of gluten per kilogram. Most people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance experience no symptoms from these small amounts. Therefore, anyone following a strict gluten-free diet can consume FunCakes baking mixes without worry.
Preparation: All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 70 grams of egg whites and your choice of food coloring to the mix. Beat everything with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 5 minutes on high speed. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe circles onto a macaron mat. Let it rest for 2 hours before preheating the oven to 140°C (130°C fan-forced). Bake the macarons for 15 minutes.
This product is Halal certified. Free from palm oil, preservatives, azo dyes, GMOs, and hydrogenated fats. Gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.
