- Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C fan-assisted). Combine the mixture, eggs, butter, and water in a bowl and mix on low heat for 3 minutes until a thick batter forms. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins, and/or baking chocolate), if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. Once cooled, you can drizzle with chocolate glaze. This mixture can also be used to make chocolate muffins.
