Preparation: The ingredients must be at room temperature. Knead 500g of mixture, 150g (cream) butter, and 1 egg (50g) into a firm dough. Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured, flat surface (3mm thick), cut out the cookies, and bake in the center of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool and decorate as desired. Suitable for approximately 25 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
