Preparation: For best results, prepare in a deep fryer. The ingredients must be at room temperature. Knead 500g of mix, 215ml water, and 65ml (55g) vegetable oil using a mixer fitted with a dough hook for 5 minutes. Knead the dough to a thickness of approximately 5mm. Cut out the donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C). Fry: Fry the donuts for approximately 90 seconds per side until golden brown. Oven: Place the donut in the donut pan and fry for approximately 12 minutes until golden. Brush the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired. With 500g of mix, you can bake 12-24 donuts, depending on the size and thickness.
