Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C fan-assisted). The ingredients must be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: Combine 500g of mix, 200g butter, and 250g eggs (5 eggs). Mix on low heat for 3 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and, using an ice cream scoop, fill the cups halfway with batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Prefer mini cupcakes? With 500g of cupcake mix, you can make about 40-48 mini cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes for about 12-15 minutes. Or would you prefer a 25cm loaf? Bake the cake at 150-160°C (fan-assisted) for about 60-70 minutes.
