The ingredients must be at room temperature. Combine the mixture, eggs, and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Place the cake in the oven and do not open the door during baking! The cake is ready when it feels springy. Remove the cake immediately after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
