📝 Description
Mix for a wonderfully airy sponge cake base with chocolate flavor.
Preparation: Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for a fan-forced oven). Combine the mix with the eggs and water and beat the batter at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix at low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased baking tin (filling it 1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the preheated oven until cooked through. Do not open the oven during baking! The cake is done when it feels springy to the touch. Remove it from the baking tin immediately after baking and let it cool on a wire rack.
