Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F for a convection oven). Combine the mixture, eggs, butter, and water in a bowl and mix at low speed for 3 minutes until a thick batter forms. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins, and/or baking-stable chocolate), if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. Once cooled, you can drizzle with chocolate glaze. This mixture can also be used to make chocolate muffins.
