Preparation: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-assisted). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Combine 500g of the mix, 250g of butter, and 190g of eggs (3.5-4 eggs) in a bowl. Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes until a thick batter forms. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes. This product is Halal certified.
