Preparation: Mix 50g of the mix with 50ml of water. Fill a sugar lace mat with the mixture. Drying time: 9-12 minutes in an oven at 110°C (100°C fan-assisted oven) (or 3-4 hours at room temperature, outside the oven). To prevent drying out, always cover the mixture with foil and use within 2 hours.
