Directions:

Cut the shape out of a piece of fondant, using the back of a rolling pin to smooth the edges. Add edible glue to half of the fondant and stick them together. Then gently roll the fondant in your hand and fold the sheet outwards. To make smaller roses, simply use a smaller piece of fondant but use the same technique as for a large rose.

With this cutter you can make roses in sizes from 15 to 50 mm.
