This color is not approved for food use! This product contains the colorant E 171, which has not been approved for use in food in the EU since August 2022. You can use this color for display pieces that are not intended for consumption.
Highly concentrated, powdered food coloring in white for display pieces. It can be used to color marzipan, decorating pastes, cream, frostings, icing, fondant, jams, salt dough, etc., as well as couverture chocolate and other fat-based foods.
If the paint is only mixed with water, it will sink to the bottom after a while.
To color, mix the powder directly or with water and work it into the food.
To dust your decorations, you can use a fine brush.
