It is a high-yield, powdered pigment color. Due to the colorant E 171, this powdered color is not suitable for consumption. In addition to marzipan, decorative masses, cream, icing, fondant, jams, salt dough, etc., it can also be used to color chocolate coating and other fat-based foods. If you just mix it with water, the color will sink to the bottom after a while.
To color, add the powder directly to the food or mix it with a little water. To powder, use a fine brush to dust the decorations.
The powder can easily be spread onto the showpiece with a brush.
