These nozzles are also known on the market as tulip nozzles. These nozzles can be used to decorate entire flowers in one step. Using different colored icing masses, you can create great effects and marbled petals.
If you want to make the flower two-tone, color two creams differently. Take a piping bag and insert the flower nozzle. Now fill the piping bag with one of the colored creams. Make sure that you leave space in the middle of the piping bag for the second, colored cream. Now fill a second piping bag without a nozzle with the second, colored cream and pipe it into the middle of the first piping bag. Now you can decorate the flowers in two colors.
