Preparation: Biscuit Mix
Biscuit mix for the quick and safe preparation of sponge cakes and sponge cake roulades.
Beat all ingredients together with a fine whisk for 10 minutes.
When making the Viennese mixture, fold in the dissolved fat at the end.
Bake the sponge cake and Viennese base at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
Roulades need about 7 minutes at 240°C.

Sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, emulsifiers: E 471, E 472a, E 472b, E 475 (contains milk and soy); starch, acidifier: diphosphates; raising agent: sodium carbonates; glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, table salt.
