Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C for a fan oven). Combine 500g of the mix, 250g butter, 4 large eggs (approx. 220g), and 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl and mix at low speed for 4 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Grease and flour a 24cm loaf pan or a 20cm round baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 70 minutes until golden brown. To make cupcakes, line a muffin tin with approximately 20 paper baking cups and fill the cups halfway with batter.
